The Indie Twin Double Stroller by Bumbleride is the best double stroller we've tested. The one pictured in the Seagrass design and the 2010 model. This stroller allows completely free movement of both seats, independent of one another. Both seats fully recline, a plus for kids who want to nap or moms who want to change diapers in the clean and safe (convenient) space of their own strollers.
